This is a very nice carafe. The color is a deeper red than it looks on my computer (it looks a bit of a tomato color onscreen). It is very attractive and works as advertised. My only complaint (the reason it does not get 5 stars) is that the manufacturer has seen fit to place a sticker right on the front of the carafe under the spout. Now, I know this sounds petty, but this stupid sticker is stuck on with some kind of glue that is impervious to all the chemical removal tools I had in my kitchen. Ultimately, my husband was able to remove the glue residue with some chemical from the garage. I figure that since I have already purchased the item the company logo does not need to be plastered across the front of it. This sticker could be left off completely or placed on the bottom of the carafe.

I have been looking for a good coffee caraffe for a long time. One that would keep my coffee hot all day at work. This isthe perfect caraffe! And it is my favorite color, red.

Very pretty on my table and keeps liquids hot or cold for several hours. For larger crowds I can make a carafe of coffee, pour it into the Clarisa Carafe, place the Clarisa Carafe on the serving table, and make a second carafe which I leave in the coffee maker.
