Perfect tool for stirring grounds during brewing coffee in a vacuum pot. Works amazingly better than chopsticks, spatula, spoon, which were all used before happening upon this product.

This is a great stir stick for the Japanese 5 cup Siphon Coffee Pots. It is made of a light colored bamboo and has a very smooth and soft finish. It cleans up easily even when used with coffee leaving no stains on my Yama Bamboo Stir Stick.The only issue I had and it was a matter of personal choice was that it does not have any holes near the top of the stick to hang on a hood when done.Not a problem, I broke out my old soldering tool and burned a nice round hole right near the top so I can now hang it with my other utensils.It is a great stir stick and I highly recommend it.Cheers and Vidimo Se!
