This works great for our automatic coffee center, for cleaning parts after frothing. It's fast and easy, and there's no milk residue afterwards.

This product is totally unnecessary. Instead get one 3/8" (10mm) and one 1/8" (3mm) hose brush. Take the frother apart and scrub it. It takes about 1 minute and everything is CLEAN after doing this and you get PERFECT foam. Running some fluid through dried nasty milk does not help much and all the bacteria and goo is still in there... This product is simply a way for Jura to make more money.This product may possibly work if you use it every day, but that's going to be some expensive maintenance! Once your frother stops working, this product will not perform a miracle and give you good foam. What does is to take the frother apart and clean it. Works every time! Get the brushes and learn how to take the frother attachment on your Z7, Z5, S9, etc. apart.

I make daily cappuccinos and lattes with our Jura Capresso, and this concentrate helps keep the frothing mechanism clean and ready to use. I use it about once a week or every ten days (as soon as I notice that the milk starts spewing out in weird directions), and it keeps everything working like new.I wish I had the inclination to manually take apart the frother and clean it as other reviewers have suggested so that I wouldn't have to buy this, but I'm too lazy for that (after all, I like to be able to just push a button and have wonderful coffee waiting for me! ;-) ), so I'll keep buying this since a whole bottle lasts me about a year.I wish this were cheaper, but it works well for what it is.
