I was excited to see someone had come up with a alternative to purchasing the Nespresso capsules. Granted the Nespresso machine makes a great cup of coffee. But the cost is high compared with previous espresso machines Ive owned which utilize ground coffee. So I tooka stab at the alternative refillable capsules. My impressions so far is that this product is OK, Not great, Not poor. Neutral. The capsules are messy to load with coffee. They require that you get just the right amount of coffee,properly packed into each capsule. Sometimes thats hard to do first thing in the morning when you havent had your coffee yet.I suppose critics could say why not preload them the night before. Tooche. The cup of coffee is slightly weaker that the Manufactured preloaded capsules, and it sounds like the machine is straining pushing water thru the refillable capsules. Almost as if there was more Restriction pushing water thru these Pods. I have to say I am not fully Satisfied,and not completely disapointed. I give this product A Neutral rating.

I have been very happy with my refillable cups for my Nespresson machine. We have a favorite blend of Starbucks that we prefer to all the Nespresso brews, so I bought this hoping I could use it for Starbucks. I had to experiment a bit, make sure the grind was espresso-grade finely ground, and within two cups, I had the routine down for the strength for the coffee down along with how much to pack in the refillable cup. Very satisfied.

I purchased these for the "hard to shop for" parents-in-law and they loved them! Great quality and adds tremendous versatility to a very pricey brew system. I would consider purchasing this brew system only because the reusable capsules are available. I love the Tassimo brew system but wont buy it because you're limited to the coffee packs the manufacturer sells and at their price. These reusable capsules are a tremendous asset to the Nespresso system!!
