I purchased two Solfill units and have had nothing but trouble. One of the two units arrived with the lid already broken off. It looked like it did not get enough plastic in the hinge area when being made. Solofill was nice enough and sent out another at no charge. The two items had to have needles stuck through the brewing holes becuase they were not punched through properly during manufacturing. Doing this did make them work better. These do not hold enough coffee to make a decent tasting cup even on the smallest coffee setting. And last. The O-Rings break way to qickly and cost $2.00 a piece to replace.I have just started using two Ekobrew Cups in place of the Solofills. The review is below or can be seen in the reviews area for the Ekobrew Cup.I bought the two pack of these to replace two Solofill units I was having problems with. There is no comparison - "DO NOT BUY THE SOLOFILL!!!!!" The Ekobrew Cup is a much better product. It is built better, the lid hinge is thicker and does not look like it will break off under normal use, It is so much easier to clean than the Solofill - You can just rinse it out easily. It holds more coffee than the Solofill, So you get a better tasting cup of coffee. The only thing that time will tell is how long the O-Ring lasts. The Solofill goes through O-Rings much to prematurely as evidenced by Solofill selling replacement O-Rings shortly after introducing their product. I questioned Solofill about the O-Rings and their response was " If cared for properly the O-Rings should last a long time." That's bull, We take care of our things very carefully and the O-Rings seem to be splitting at a seam.

I love this little invention. Not only does it make a great cup of your favorite coffee, but you can put a tea bag in it, or loose tea and it makes a GREAT cup of tea. In fact, you can make several cups of tea from the same Solofill Cup, each one equally strong. It's just as easy as using a K-cup since you don't have to take apart your machine, just fill, close and pop in the machine.

Has anyone actually had this product work with the Platinum B70 brewer? I just bought this model from Amazon, and when I saw these neat little plastic reusable cups for brewing your own grounds I decided to toss them into my order. Quite simply they do not work with the B70 brewer. The water flow is too powerful and it overwhelms the Solofill. Instead of flowing through the cup's top hole and into its brewing chamber, most of the water spills out over the plastic top and down the "chute" of the brewer (where the machine's internal cup used to hold K-cups normally rests) and all over my counter top. I wondered if I was using it wrong, e.g. perhaps I filled it with too much coffee, so I tried it a second time with NO coffee in the Solofill - and got the same result. Water was cascading through the chute, most of it not passing through the EMPTY Solofill, and ended up in the drip tray and my counter. Unless I'm missing something, this product is worthless. Oh, and for reference I do own the "My K-cup" reusable brewing filter and it works GREAT with my new B70 brewer. I figured I'd try these Solofills since they appeared to be a more convenient alternative to the multi-piece My K-cup product, but the convenience is pointless if they don't work.
