Bought this coffee maker because of the metal crafe because I have a bad habit of breaking the glass ones & not being able to replace them. Well guess what it fell off the dish drainer the first week I used It & broke the spout, I could still use it but had to pour very carefully. I couldnt get the replacement & my local store Amazon came through as usual. It was exactly as the orginial & so far not broken. I would recommend this type of product because it normally doesn't break. If that happens I will again order a new one.
