Thought this was going to be perfect until I actually loaded the k-cups in it....the drawers get stuck because of the height of the k-cups. The bottom drawer doesn't work because they get stuck on the open bottom. I tried different brands to see if that made a difference...no help. Returned it in 24 hours!

I, too, had the old design and wasn't thrilled with how it was working. Im not really a coffe drinker and use my Keurig for mostly teas, so I definitely fell into the category that was having the issues. Then I saw the post from the company about how the design changed and that they were willing to replace it. I contacted them and now have my newly designed Coffee Stack and it works just great! They even allowed me to keep the old one and suggested that I use it for my coffee. I did this, and I will now be able to bring that one out when I have guests that do drink coffee.This company's dedication to their product and to customer satisfaction is very impressive to me. It is hard to find this in these days of 'disposable America' and I can't praise them enough.

Draws dont work properly, when u have 2 Shelves filled, they get in the way of each other, because the draws are not high enough, it would of worked alot better if it had only 3 Shelves
